The everything update

It has been a while.. wait 2 years really?
A lot has happened during this time that took away time to work on Stream Tools.
Now it is time to get back at it.
While I have been busy with life, there are still a lot of changes this time. Some bug fixes, some typos, but mostly recoding and optimization towards easier creation of new modules.
About 95% of the backend has been completely recoded, and the amount of code needed to create a module is reduced by around 80-90%.
I aim to finish some of the quicker and easier modules the following weeks to get a feel for how well it works.
Because such a significant amount of the backend has been recoded and despite a lot of testing beforehand, expect a bug or two here and there. Please don't hesitate to point them out.
