Leaderboards module now live & website updates

Leaderboards is a module that adds a leaderboard overlay for your stream.
Different leaderboards are available and if more than once is chosen they will cycle, displaying one at a time.
For now it features a bits leaderboard and leaderboards for quiz bot, and more will be added in the future as new modules are added.
Along with the new module a bunch of updates to the code has been completed to improve maintainability.
Amongst these improvements overlays have also changed slightly. It is no longer needed to specify width of overlays in css root, the overlay will automatically fit to the size of the browser window.
