Website 1.0 done

After a couple of months of work, the first version of the site is now complete, and is a complete overhaul of the initial proof of concept site.
The background service has also been overhauled and updated to 1.0. As of now only Jokebot has been converted to use the new background service system, but the remaining overlays and bots will be converted in the following weeks.
After that the focus will be on adding new modules to the list, and adding features to the website.
